Who we are
The founders of Urban Properties have extensive experience in the US real estate market and in the self-storage sector in Brazil. We were the founders of the largest self storage player currently operating in Brazil. We have over fifty years of experience in the development, acquisition and management of self-storage and industrial assets, having participated in the realization of more than R$ 500 MM in investments in the sector in Brazil.
Our managers have acquired extensive experience with specializations in certain areas, with the ability to treat each project as unique and dedicate all physical resources and capacity to them. The know-how of Urban Properties managers made it possible to implement an institutional strategy similar to the American cases in the creation of the first Self Storage network in Brazil.
